The fusion of Women Voters is an organization with a strong and proud history. For more than eight decades the League has been helping citizens play a precise role in advocacy. With more than 150,000 members, and chapters in all 50 states, the league plays a crucial role in our elections. The League sponsors seminars and produces manuals to educate the public on the issues it decides are important. The League as well sponsors electors guides including Smart Voter, offering comprehensive coverage of the recent and upcoming elections with unbiased information. A few weeks agone i was able to put down for the upcoming elections through the League. If it had non been for the League, I would not have registered and would not be able to vote in the upcoming elections.
Signing uo to vote for the first off time is a very special experience. It is one of those stairs you take on the journey to adulthood, perhaps the final one. new-fangled electors comprise the majority of the voting population for elections. This doesnt yet mean the youth can swing the results of the elections, but it in like manner tells us the power of the youth to significantly contribute to the institutionalization of deeper and purposeful reforms in our policy-making system. We know what we want, we simply need to go out there and let our fathoms be heard.



Early voter registration was the first step to take to let my voice be heard, and come election time I bequeath make sure that the time and effort taken to register was not in vain.
When I signed the early voter registration form I felt impowered. Afterall, this was the start of my political journey. I have always had a political backround. closely of my family is active politically, and now its my turn. I have been given an chance that most others arent, the right to have a say in whats happening with my country. Women werent able to vote until the 19th Amendmant was passed in 1920, so its something that we really take for granted.
